INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Attending the interview is something that always puts pressure on you. Right? Even if you have been attending a lot of interviews but depressed that there's more in you. So the best steps to avoid this problem is to do INVENTORIES (Preparations) eg reviewing the common questions that are asked by the interviewer and answer to coincide with the questions asked.
Sometimes the interviewer just wants to see your self confidence when speaking in front of them even if the answer is not quite right for you. Tip him, do not answer the question. Speak clearly, believe in yourself. Do not just keep silent.
In addition, you should also research the background work that you want to select a company that you want to select. With it you have the advantage in answering questions asked later. Here are some of the famous question that is always asked by the interviewer, which I broke into several parts:

1) YOUR PREVIOUS JOB HISTORY
Question:Name the company,appointment,date ,and at what salary while serving your workplace before?

  Question: What do you like and do not like your old working place earlier?
Description: When you were asked the question "what's not to like about your previous job, you do not really give a negative response to your previous work. The reason is probably the interviewer the impression that you are going to talk negatively about a new job or a company when you are ready to work or selected later (if you have got a job interview). Instead you have to talk about themselves and tell about what you want to bring to the new job. Example answer him as follows:

Question:How strength in yourself  can help  you in your work  are  you in?
Description: This question is a follow-up of your power base earlier. You have to explain how these capabilities can help you in working. The short answer is that I recommend are as follows.
# Belong to My most significant are able to work with different people of different religions, races and cultures. I enjoyed working with all the people I met and in the meantime I will strengthen their relationship with me to manage and facilitate teamwork.
# I Always focus on the work I do. I do not confuse work with my personal problems when the workplace. Therefore I was able to give a commitment to my job even busy.
# Although I am busy with various tasks but I will always make sure the work I do as dew predetermined date or before the deadline of the task is delivered.
